Your responsibilities will include support planning, reviewing care, and ensuring all tasks are completed through regular checks. You will collaborate closely with the Sense Scotland Management Team, the families of those we support, and other professionals. About you You will have strong experience working directly with people who have complex care and communication needs. You will be able to guide, lead, and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality person-centered care, leading by example of best social care practice. This role could be for you if: You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes) You can be flexible; able to work days, evenings, and weekends You have experience of supporting culture change in the work environment You have strong IT and office organisational skills You have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practice You can coach and mentor colleagues You can challenge poor or unsafe practice; championing good practice and person-centered support for the individuals using services.
