SALES NEGOTIATOR
Our client is one of the high street's leading Estate Agencies and due to the influx of new business, they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. No two days will be the same as you will be liaising with vendors and buyers.
A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator
1. Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
2. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
4. Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills.
5. A focus on generating new and repeat business.
6. Canvassing the local area.
7. Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
8. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Essential Skills of a Sales Negotiator
1. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
2. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
3. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
4. Ability to work under own initiative.
5. Good telephone manner.
6. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
7. Attention to detail.
