Role Description As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. You will work closely with the Group Director to implement growth strategies and achieve company targets. Key Objectives Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs as set by the Group Director Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial 3D printing sector Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies Provide detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis Support the company's presence at industry events and exhibitions Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Conduct client needs analysis and provide appropriate 3D printing solutions Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio and services Regular reporting on sales pipeline and activity to the Sales Director Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows Ensure accurate and timely updates of all customer interactions in the CRM system Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities Required Experience and Skills Essential: Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting Full driving license Proficiency in MS Office suite Desirable: Experience in industrial equipment sales Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and applications Experience in technical sales Relevant industry qualifications or degree Experience with industrial manufacturing clients Competencies Strong relationship building skills Strategic thinking and planning abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Excellent time management and organizational skills Problem-solving and analytical capabilities Professional and confident presentation manner Team player with the ability to work independently Benefits Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission structure Company pension scheme Car Allowance Professional development opportunities This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a growing company in the exciting field of additive manufacturing.
