Job Posting Title: Licensing Sales Manager (Action Figures & Roleplay) Req ID: 10097026 Job Description: About the Role & Team We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Consumer Products team as a Licensing Sales Manager: Action Figures & Roleplay The Licensing Sales Manager will plan and implement long term and fiscal year strategies. This role is responsible for running our Action Figure & Roleplay business with our master toy partner and the execution of commercial strategy across several European markets. The role will work collaboratively with the local retail teams and local licensee teams, as well as regional marketing/franchise/PR teams on both sides. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week. What You Will Do In conjunction with Senior Licensing Sales Manager/Licensing Sales Director, implement the long-term strategy for our specific department in collaboration with relevant partners Using key trends as well as commercial and consumer insight, develop and drive succinct strategies cross company and departmentally whilst being agile to capitalise on the moment and identify new opportunities and target partners Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, developing supplier (licensee) objectives and strategies, working with local markets, retail & category teams, franchise, marketing and finance to drive growth Actively manage and cultivate key relationships, partnership and lead joint business planning with each EMEA market. Coordinate and actively contribute in market meetings Collaborate and develop positive relationships with Disney market teams providing information and regular strategy and franchise updates as well as understanding and satisfying local market needs and differences.
