Description
* Manage and maintain reception area, greeting visitors and handling queries
* Provide business support to other team members
* Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Profile
A successful Temporary Receptionist/Administrator should have:
* Proven administrative or assistant experience
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
