Production Planner
8:30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

About the role:
The Production Planner will work closely with the Production Planner and the wider Brewery and Distillery team to support the coordination, planning and production admin of our products, ensuring the materials are in place for production and correct bookings are made. Main responsibilities of the Production Planner will include:
* Monitoring the stock levels to ensure an effective production process within our Distillery and Brewery
* Administration and processing of work orders and purchase orders
* Provide brilliant customer service, liaising directly with 3rd parties (suppliers and customers) including contract packaging
* Update packaging and production plans in line with customer and business needs and expectations
* Coordination to ensure raw materials are in place for production
* Booking of tankers and haulage of beer and spirits into and out of their required destination
What are we looking for?
* IT experience, specifically Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn JDE and other systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
* Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Experience in data analysis of a supply & demand environment (desirable)
