Our well-established marketing services client is looking for a Packaging Account Manager who has a strong understanding of packaging design, and production processes as you will be responsible for a range of retail packaging projects for key clients.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with leading clients and will be responsible for taking creative briefs, time and cost management of projects and full end-end project delivery for several projects simultaneously.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, project management skills and proactive engagement to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking client briefs, creating and managing critical paths and ensuring projects come in on time and to budget
Nurturing key client relationships, handling new enquiries with the aim of converting new business opportunities
Working with the Account Director, clients and teams to ensure successful delivery of packaging briefs and projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ product teams, managing assigned accounts
Oversee time and cost management for your projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to timelines
Demonstrate expertise in critical path creation, quotation requests, and commercial governance.
Candidate Requirements:
2 years Account / Project management experience in a retail, agency, production or creative environment.
Strong understanding of retail packaging design and print production processes.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being proactive
A positive and helpful attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
