HR Advisor - Oldbury
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)
One of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers in their sector is looking to add an HR Advisor to their existing HR team in Oldbury.
This is a broad and varied role focusing on:
1. HR administration, including contract, handbook, and policy maintenance using company HR systems.
2. Supporting the HR Manager with the development and administration of HR systems and procedures.
3. Assisting in staff recruitment and training processes.
4. Supporting onboarding and inductions for new starters.
5. Managing timesheets, leave, and absence data.
6. Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries.
7. Producing and updating employee documentation.
8. Implementing new employee benefit plans and initiatives.
9. Developing training programs and supporting managers to ensure effective delivery and upskilling of staff.
10. Promoting staff health and wellbeing activities in collaboration with the QSHE team.
11. Assisting with payroll input and checks by collating staff timesheets.
12. Performing other administrative duties as required.
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with at least 18 months of recent experience in people management. Ideally, the candidate will have CIPD Level 3 qualification (not essential) and strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and HR software.
