We are seeking a Clinical Governance Officer to join our team.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Haslemere, Surrey, with a requirement to work two days per month at our St Martha’s Hospital site located in Ringwood, Hampshire.
Experience in governance is desirable, ideally with previous experience in health care.
A GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English is required for this role.
The role supports the Clinical Governance department by collecting and interpreting data to populate templates for quality reports and undertaking regular and varied audits on behalf of the company.
This is a technical role, handling sensitive information that requires accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines, with proficiency in IT applications needed.
Job Outline:
* Coordinate all aspects of clinical governance on behalf of the team at St Magnus and St Martha’s hospitals.
* Collate information required and submit in a timely manner to Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for each Individual Patient Agreement.
* Collate and report on all aspects of clinical audit undertaken across both sites, producing quarterly clinical audit reports for the Clinical Management Team.
* Provide incident reports using data from our internal incident management IT system for Managers and the Executive Management Team.
* Monitor policy development across both sites, provide managers with timely reminders for the renewal of policies, and maintain St Magnus and St Martha’s policies on SharePoint.

Salary: £25,500 – £26,500 per annum
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
