A Day in the Life of a Spa Therapist:
* Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to guests’ needs
* Provide high-quality, professional service to ensure relaxation and rejuvenation
* Maintain spa equipment and uphold cleanliness standards
* Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
* Promote spa services, offers, and products based on consultations
* Stay updated with industry trends and techniques
* Follow all health and safety guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
* Passion for health, wellness, and customer service
* Ability to build rapport and trust
* Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
* Opportunity to develop further with a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
* Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments is desirable
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role is preferred
* Willingness to work towards or obtain NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
