The post holder will: Behave consistently with and promote the values and beliefs of the organisation. Undertake structured interviews, psychosocial assessments and observations of individuals/groups. Using their initiative, be responsible and accountable in providing specialist psychological interventions, clinical and research supervision and training to other health and care staff as agreed with the operational/service lead. Support managers and team leaders to develop services and improve quality in consultation with the service lead. Participate in national and regional professional speciality meetings and seminars as appropriate. Evaluate referrals, undertake/contribute to the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with psychological difficulties with a varying range of complexity and aetiology with reference to clinical need and service capacity.
