Job Description
* Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
* Implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
* Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
* Nurture a positive working environment.
* Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven work experience in the property industry.
* In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
* Proficient in HR systems and databases.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
