This role offers variety. From out-of-home activations and in-store experiences to innovative branding, digital/interactive, and marketing collateral, you'll do it all. You'll collaborate across teams, shifting effortlessly between graphic design, artwork, and concepts. From concept to delivery, you'll spearhead graphic design for projects, applying designs across multiple media. So, attention to detail and lightning-fast flawless work are a must. Key Responsibilities of Mid-Senior Graphic Designer: Graphic Design craft for our experiential campaigns and in-store activities for the FMCG and beauty sectors - covering design creation, scamp interpretation, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and visualisation Design generation for both print and online Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts Having quality control over own work Following best practice with the design, artwork and conceptual team Working with colleagues to deliver projects to deadlines Preparing accurate & production ready artwork, including large format, for a variety of repro processes Requirements Mid-Senior Graphic Designer: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and a degree-level professional qualification relevant to graphic design In-depth knowledge of, and able to evidence capability in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality Portfolio showcasing examples of work exhibiting strong design, creative, typography, colour and layout theory and application skills Excellent typographical, visual hierarchy and layout skills Attention to detail Print production knowledge Experience of working creatively within brand guidelines Confidence in proposing and discussing materials and methods of production to bring concepts to life Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, ability to manage your workload on multiple projects to deadlines Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment Collaborative problem-solving working style, within in a team Benefits: Maidenhead office based but flexibility to work from home 2 days a week 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing each completed year to 30 days Flex holiday scheme with options to buy/ sell holiday Digital GP service and Digital Dental service from Day 1 Free medical insurance after 2 years' service Life assurance Retail discounts scheme Employee Assist Programme Season ticket loan Head office location has multiple perks including free lunches, breakfasts, on-site gym, and on-site cafe
