Training and Qualifications:
Education & Childcare Courses : RQF CACHE Level 2, 3 & 4 in Early Years, Learning Difficulties, and Teaching & Learning.
Behaviour Analysis Qualifications : Teaching Ranks, Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), UK Society for Behavior Analysis (UKBA(cert)).
Pursue a Master's in High Incidence & Disabilities worth up to £13,000.
Regular Training : Ongoing training in Safeguarding, Emergency Medication, Behaviour Management, Personal Care, Autism, and more.
Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children and disabilities.
Qualifications : Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
Skills : Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour and providing personal/intimate care when needed.
