What you’ll do
16. You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or rectifying any maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise
17. You will respond to and attend to guest repair requests
18. You will perform preventative maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical equipment
19. You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel
20. Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager
21. Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc
22. Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel
23. Assist with inventory organisation and ordering

28. A plumbing or electrical qualification is an advantage but not compulsory
