Job SummaryAs a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will join a dynamic and innovative engineering team. Your role will involve supporting the design, analysis, testing, and production of products.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software, particularly AutoCad, Solid works and Auto Desk Inventor.
* Conduct system design analysis and simulations using MATLAB and Simulink to validate performance criteria.
* Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues in existing designs and propose effective solutions.
* Implement GD&T principles in designs to ensure manufacturability.
* Work with logic controllers to integrate mechanical systems with electronic controls.
* Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met throughout the development process.
* Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, test results, and project specifications.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, test reports, and design validation records.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineer or a related field.
* Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoDesk, is essential.
* Strong understanding of system design principles and mechanical knowledge.
* Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and GD&T practices is advantageous.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm
* Friday: 7am to 1pm
