The Role: Transport Shift Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take on a challenging role within our transport team, reporting directly to the Transport Manager.
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage all transport services, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily transport schedules and operations
* Ensure timely delivery of goods and packages
* Develop and implement effective transport strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with the Transport Manager to achieve business objectives
What You Will Need:
* Proven experience in transport management or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holidays.
