HSE/RTW Coordinator

$110,000 - $130,000 + Super
Full-Time
As our HSE/RTW Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our national Return-to-Work (RTW) program, with the opportunity to fully design and implement processes and procedures that will support our workforce across the country. While the primary focus is on RTW, you'll also contribute to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives, ensuring our operations remain safe and compliant.
Based out of our Salisbury workshop, you’ll draw on your extensive experience to develop RTW strategies, manage cases, and carry out relevant investigations. Your efforts will ensure that injured employees receive the care and support they need to return to work safely and efficiently, while also contributing to a strong safety culture within M2P.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Designing and implementing a comprehensive RTW process, tailored to our national operations.
* Coordinating RTW cases, working closely with injured workers and relevant stakeholders.
* Conducting investigations related to RTW and HSE incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
* Supporting broader HSE initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the business.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
* Return-to-Work Coordinator certification.
* Proven experience in designing and managing RTW processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Ideally, you will also have:
* Previous experience in a workshop or industrial environment.
* Knowledge of national HSE regulations and standards.
* A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
