Job Title: Marketing Analyst
Salary: £25,000
Location: Carlisle
Following an internal promotion, Lloyd Motor Group have an opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This position will support our growing sales and marketing activity.
Based in the marketing department in Carlisle, you will work directly with the marketing team to help support our automotive retailers across the North of England and the Scottish Borders.
You will provide analytical support, research, and insights and take the lead on all aspects of e-commerce measurement and reporting, from analysing campaign results to determining ROI for marketing activity.
You will be adept at data analysis and have a keen eye for detail; creative in coming up with solutions to complex problems, you will enjoy working with various stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities will include:
* Reporting on campaign performance and marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and engagement metrics.
* Analysing data through Excel to produce strategy reports.
* Using campaign data to optimise performance and other marketing activities.
* Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, or similar data analysis platforms, to provide senior stakeholders with meaningful insights and key performance metrics.
* Using this data to proactively inform and collaborate with the digital marketing team, marketing managers and sales teams, sharing lead generation successes and areas for improvement.
About You:
* A relevant university degree or qualification is desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers and analysing data.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ambitious with a keen interest in developing your career.
* A natural 'can-do' attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

* Full UK driving licence as travel is required to our Retail Centres and supplier meetings.
