Today, they are a team of over 350 transacting billions, and in 2017 listed on the London Stock Exchange. About You: Exceptional communication skills Self-starter attitude Highly organised Ability to understand and take on feedback Team player High levels of emotional intelligence Sales experience is preferable Experience in alternative investments/funds/banking is preferable The specifics: You will be expected to hold meetings (virtual and in-situ) with key decision makers including C-Suite. You will understand and document what the key areas of opportunity are and map out the decision making structures at partner firms to maximise the selling opportunities. You will put together strategic plans to grow partnerships across multiple jurisdictions and promote Alpha’s account solution There will be requirement for European travel at least twice a quarter What’s on Offer Average OTE of Y1: £80k Transparent commission structure, with uncapped and residual commissions received on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
