Main Responsibilities: Work in partnership with the Workforce Planning and Information and Roster Teams to ensure that systems, processes, and management information are effective and robust allowing the collation of information as required for external and internal reporting requirements. To develop recruitment and selection processes which focus on attracting and selecting the most competent and highly skilled candidates, paying due attention to the Trusts values, and the importance of reflecting the communities that the Trust serves and partners with. To be responsible for the programme delivery including drafting business cases and/or bids for external funding. To ensure the Trusts fulfil national and local workforce information requirements in line with the GDPR, Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act within statutory or other deadlines.
