Key Responsibilities Responding to customer queries and ensuring satisfaction. Handling inbound and outbound calls. Updating and managing customer details using computerised systems. Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints. Escalating complex issues to senior team members. Providing information to both new and existing customers and introducers. Processing payments when required. Performing administrative tasks assigned by the Line Manager. Adhering to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty principles. What You Need Outstanding communication and listening skills. GCSE qualifications in Maths and English. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Strong customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills. Patience, resilience, and a professional telephone manner. Strong computer and numeracy skills.
