The Role
You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers, assisting in the delivery of high-quality advice and services. This role offers a structured pathway to grow into a full paraplanner position, with hands-on experience and guidance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new client applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
* Liaise with providers to gather plan information and assist with regulatory calculations.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for adviser meetings.
* Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
* Assist with processing investment transactions in line with compliance procedures.
* Stay informed about financial products and regulatory changes to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to professional development.
Preferred Experience
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in wealth administration or a similar role.
* Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
