What We’re Looking For:
Account Handlers
1. Confident managing a portfolio of commercial clients
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Knowledge of commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Fleet, etc.)
4. Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Account Executives
1. Proven ability to win and retain business
2. Skilled at nurturing long-term client relationships
3. Commercially savvy with a consultative approach to sales
4. Comfortable working collaboratively with Account Handlers and broking teams
