Salary: 25.5-26.9k + Additional £3,000-£8,000 per year from sleep ins
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

About the Role:
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and loving home for children and young people. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a positive role model to support everyday living needs.
* Participating in fun activities like football, cycling, baking, or gaming.
* Encouraging and sharing hobbies and interests.
* Offering emotional and physical support to help young people thrive in challenging situations.
* Performing household tasks like cooking and cleaning.
* Building trusting relationships and empowering young people to make decisions about their lives.
What We’re Looking For:
* A full UK Driving Licence.
* Over the age of 21.
* Experience of working with children in residential care.
* Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient individuals.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
* A genuine interest in the lives and well-being of young people.
