Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Holds level3 Vocational qualification or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skill and competency, in clinical health care
* Holds Functional Skills L1 maths and English, or educational equivalent
* Worked at B2 Nursing Assistant, or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of working in a healthcare setting and undertaking a wide range of clinical commitments
* knowledge of infection control and safeguarding processes
* Experience of dealing with informal complaints, as appropriate
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in more than one speciality within a healthcare environment
Skills
Essential criteria
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Able to work as a team
* Able to work on own initiative
