The Marketing team is responsible for bringing our brands to life and making them resonate with consumers. With a deep understanding of our customers, our Marketing team shapes the strategies that build brand loyalty, drive growth, and keep us connected to snackers across the country. Through creativity, consumer insights, and impactful campaigns, this team ensures that our products reach and delight people everywhere.
Your role will be to lead the KP Snacks' Shopper Marketing team and deliver best in class Shopper Marketing and delivering our team purpose, creating legendary shopper insight driven campaigns that bring our brands to life, inspire behaviour change and set new industry standards.

What will you be doing?
Lead the Shopper Marketing strategy and execution - Define and drive a best-in-class shopper marketing strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
Shape and prioritise impactful campaigns - Take ownership of campaign planning, identifying key shopper touchpoints and ensuring execution is insight-driven, creative, and disruptive in the market.
Collaborate cross-functionally for success - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams, as well as external agency partners, to create and deliver fully integrated shopper marketing initiatives.
Drive commercial impact and brand growth - Optimise in-store execution, media investment, and shopper engagement to maximise ROI and bring KP Snacks' brands to life for consumers.
Develop future talent and capabilities - Lead and coach the Shopper Marketing team, shaping the future of shopper marketing excellence at KP Snacks through training, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Expert knowledge of shopper marketing in FMCG - You have a deep understanding of shopper behaviour, retail environments, and how to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills - Your ability to manage and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders, and work cross-functionally ensures that shopper marketing seamlessly integrates with brand and commercial goals.
Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment - You've successfully led shopper marketing teams, managed budgets, and delivered strategic campaigns, ideally within grocery and convenience channels.
Experience in people development and capability building - While direct line management experience is essential, we welcome candidates who are passionate about coaching teams and shaping future talent.
