As Divisional Manager you will report directly to the Head of Operations and be responsible for creating an environment where your team upholds our company standards and values. Benefits: Branded Company Car Bonus scheme 25 Days annual leave plus Bank holidays Birthday off College and customer referral scheme Responsibilities: • Building excellent relationships with new and existing client relationships to achieve growth along. • To act as an agent for positive change to enhance the management of specific KPI’s and compliance processes and to work in partnership with support functions to maximise business opportunities. • Ensure that all company policies and standards in relation to legislative requirements are complied with and applied thoroughly and equitably across the area. • Ensure all colleagues receive the appropriate training for their role. • Ensure all audits are carried out diligently and on time in line with company policy. • Take ownership on all employee relations matters within division, working swiftly to SLAs to ensure internal and external best practise is complied with. • Ensure that high quality team members are recruited, retained, and developed utilising the Cleaning Academy. • Ensure all colleagues receive effective onboarding and are set up for success from day 1. • Provide quality feedback and coaching to develop to direct reports. • Build capability and succession of the team through building effective relationships. • Working collaboratively to support the overall talent pipeline of the business. • Maximise sales and profit opportunities. • Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are resourced, compliant and have excellent standards across the site. • Keep up-to-date and share knowledge about competitors and consumers with others in organisation. • Drive all key performance indicators through inspirational leadership. • Manage Divisional P&L against targets including budget management. • Authorise and control local expenditure. Person specification: • An exceptional communicator with experience of forging highly effective relationships through actively listening, constructively challenging, influencing and coaching. • Recent experience of leading remote teams in a managerial role. • Exceptional organization, planning and administration skills. • Excellent written and face to face communication skills. • Ability to show initiative in developing the role and motivate the team to success • Excellent Customer Service. • Able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including at a senior level. • Knowledge of ER/Ability to conduct all elements of disciplinary cycle. Customer-focused with commercial acumen, adaptable and results oriented. • Able to build strong and effective teams and/or facilitate collaboration and cooperation across teams. • Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, confidential. • Excellent numeracy skills. • Effectively manage a varied workload balancing scheduled and ad-hoc tasks. • Proven experience of budgetary control and management. • Demonstrates clear leadership and direction for team members. • A full driving licence is a required for this role.
