Manufacturing Manager - Drive Excellence in Production

Impact Recruitment are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead our client's production team, ensuring operational excellence in quality, safety, productivity and cost efficiency.
In this role, you will manage staffing, production scheduling, tooling, maintenance, and employee development while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll create and execute strategic plans to optimise resources and enhance performance.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Effectively managing staffing and machine resources to achieve operational excellence
2. Developing and executing Continuous Improvement strategies, utilising all Total Quality Management techniques
3. Conducting Root Cause Analysis and corrective action processes
4. Communicating to all departments of production, maximising performance reducing cost
5. Manage an effective Tooling Program and Repairs and Maintenance Plan
6. Working closely with production supervisors, mechanics and operators
7. Be the lead for a safe and productive working environment

Salary: up to £55,000
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday - requires flex across all shifts
