Electrical Project Manager
Salary: €85k to 95k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Construction Projects from beginning to end
2. Co-ordination of all design works & Interfaces with all third-party stakeholders
3. Maintaining excellent working relationships with Client form project start to handover; acting as ambassador with Clients and all other stakeholders
4. Arrange and chair handover of project from estimating department to construction team.
5. Liaise with Project Director and Operations Director in staffing of project and agree on a recruitment plan for staff and operatives particular to your staff
6. Ensure audits are carried out by the person responsible on site for Quality Control in accordance with the design plan (if applicable)
7. Hold weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors and ensure that safety and training are discussed
8. Maintain excellent working relationships with the client from project start up to project completion
Requirements:
9. Trade qualification through Apprenticeship or Engineering qualification
10. Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and experience for work undertaken under NERS scheme (additional training provided)
11. Relevant H&S qualification, i.e., IOHS Managing Safely or similar
12. Proven experience in managing a project from scoping out project(s)’ requirements and resources in line with strategic company objectives to the completion and delivery of the project
13. Proven experience in managing, coordinating, and developing staff
14. Experience in supporting a continuous improvement culture amongst the project team
15. Experience in High Voltage projects
16. Awareness of BIM technologies where relevant
17. Awareness of Engineering processes and best practice
