What does our successful Administration Assistant look like? A highly motivated individual with good attention to detail and accuracy, excellent listening skills, good level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver tasks completed on time and professionally. A positive team player, empathetic and supportive towards others, and able to work autonomously. Previous track record within a sales or customer service environment, and familiarity with financial services and the FCA regulations is a plus but not essential. The Role The Administration Assistant is responsible for ensuring all new customer's details are entered onto our CRM system and existing records are maintained. They will be tasked with opening and sorting the mail and be part of enabling the wider Planning Ahead department to work efficiently and reactively. Whilst assisting the business in general administrative tasks, they will act to deliver good outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries and plans; ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system, payment systems and internal databases. Ensuring a clear audit trail is recorded to show the customer journey Identifying and recording potential vulnerable customers, signposting when required. To reach an excellent quality assurance score whist maintaining the customer's best interest. Adhere to business requirements when managing own time. Dealing with ad-hoc question and tasks. Supporting the wider department as and when required.
