Job Details Job Title & Location Digital Marketing Manager Westgate, London The Role At Kantar Worldpanel we are passionate about using data to understand how and where people shop, and we are constantly evolving our services to uncover new insights. Panel members sign up to our panels and provide us with a wealth of information about their shopping. In return they earn points which can be exchanged for a range of vouchers. Fast-growing Worldpanel Marketing team is in search for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the business and market our panels in the best possible way to encourage registrations. This exciting new role will be responsible for recruiting new panel members into various panels across the UK and Ireland. It will suit someone with a strong track record of user acquisition within a large scale B2C environment. This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role which will enable you to showcase your digital marketing skills and analytical capabilities. You will recognise the different marketing needs of the population and will support the Marketing Lead in tailoring a multi-channel recruitment strategy to deliver the optimum return on investment. You will work closely with the other members of a small marketing team, as well as senior partners across the UK and Ireland and global colleagues in wider Kantar universe. We expect this role to expand quickly in its scope and remit, and there will be lots of opportunity to gain experience and work with teams outside of initial specs of the job. Responsibilities Implementing multi-channel marketing strategy for panel recruitment Defining the image and copy requirements for each campaign, working closely with partners to market the panels in an exciting and engaging way Managing the relationships with suppliers and advertising partners to ensure campaigns are conducted to the highest possible quality, to time and to budget Help optimise and reallocate budget where necessary based on supplier and campaign performance Prioritise the panel recruitment strategy based on the varying needs of different panels and demographic targeting groups over the course of the year Analyse and report on campaign progress and achievements, presenting to the Marketing Lead and other key partners Help manage a significant panel recruitment budget in the most effective way. Assess the return on investment and strive for improvements and efficiencies wherever possible Make recommendations for adjusting marketing strategies based on the results of previous campaigns Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other partners to understand the panel performance and improvement areas that would feed future marketing strategy requirements Role Skills and Experience 3-5 years' experience in a marketing / digital marketing, customer loyalty management or panel management role Flexibility to combine creative marketing skills with analytical and reporting capabilities Experience of relationship and contract management with external suppliers is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail Analytical skills to interpret campaign results and present in an appropriate manner to partners Experience of producing data visualisations, reports and dashboards to aid the communication of strategy and performance against core metrics A good understanding of European data protection and GDPR legislation with experience of working under these rules for data privacy A keen interest in consumer behaviour and the drivers that influence sign up and participation in research panels An innovative thinker, prepared to question the accepted way of doing things Self-motivated and able to see tasks through to completion Co-ordinate with global function to learn, and develop innovative strategies Proven ability to balance partners, prioritise, manage conflicting demands and deliver at pace Experience of B2C campaign/demand generation, organic and paid search and social is beneficial What you'll get from us 25 days annual leave (excl. bank holidays), plus your birthday off Flexible benefits across health, wealth and lifestyle Extensive training and excellent scope for career development A collaborative and supportive work environment Reasonable Adjustments Kantar is committed to offering equal opportunities to all individuals including during the recruitment process.
