We are seeking a Production & Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our client in Oxford. In this role, you will report to the Fixed Wing Production Planning Manager and work closely with the planning engineering team. Initially, your focus will be within the production planning area of the Fixed Wing Part 145 operation, supporting ongoing projects. Over time, this role will evolve into a project engineering position, offering opportunities to broaden your expertise and contribute to key developmental initiatives. Role: Production & Maintenance Planning Engineer Pay: On Application Contract: Permanent, Location: Oxford Responsibilities Liaise with the CAMO/operator to discuss maintenance requirements. Research of tooling, materials and 3rd party requirements to support maintenance inputs Building of work packs Technical record management throughout maintenance inputs Drafting of logbook certificates Technical records review of completed work packs for compliance with regulatory requirements Providing planning support with technology upgrades Implementation of improvements to streamline time booking and work pack completion Providing support to the implementation of a new software package Essential Requirements Relevant qualification in aviation maintenance, aeronautical engineering, or a related technical field Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and compliance requirements (or other equivalent regulatory frameworks). Proven experience in maintenance planning, production planning, or technical records management within a Part 145 organization. Familiarity with CAMO operations and liaising with operators regarding maintenance planning. Hands-on experience with building and managing work packs and maintenance documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with CAMO, operators, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage concurrent maintenance inputs and project initiatives. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
