FIND is proud to be exclusively working with a Hampshire education setting who is looking for a new HR Business Partner to join their HRBP team. This is a great opportunity where the successful candidate will use their extensive ER experience to work across a number of different sites, whilst supported by a great team of HR Administrators.
Duties for this role include:
1. Provide leadership and key stakeholders with ER support as needed
2. Manage complex ER cases
3. Oversight of accurate HR transactional work by the team
4. Drive organisational and cultural change initiatives
5. Implement people strategy and HR policies
6. Contribute to HR SLA’s and KPI’s as required
The ideal candidate for this role:
1. Is from an Education HR background
2. Has strong ER experience
3. CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong UK HR Law knowledge
