An exciting opportunity for an aspiring Recruitment expert to take ownership of key seasonal roles at our high-growth, socially-minded education company. About the role This is a role primarily recruiting the on course delivery staff who are at the heart of the success of our growing courses. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be the first point of contact with candidates in a high volume pipeline. Key aspects of the role include: Ownership of candidate pipelines - Liaising closely with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pool and returner network. Advertising roles - Both permanent head office and seasonal roles on various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards and mailing lists. Representing the company at career fairs. Liaising with Marketing on employer brand. Processing and sifting applications - Arranging interviews and assessment centres for high volume summer roles across Oxford, Cambridge, and beyond. Inbox management - Prompt and professional responses to all stakeholders. Compliance checks - Coordinating right to work, DBS and reference checks and online processing of these in line with safeguarding policies. Record keeping - Maintaining and tracking accurate information on candidates. Onboarding - First point of contact for seasonal staff in the lead up to their employment, including handling calls and queries. Escalating issues when required.
