In this position, you will be part of the Sales Transformation and Enablement Project Management Office (PMO) team. As our Project Manager, you will facilitate and own the delivery of key strategic, complex, and diverse projects to support the achievement of the International Sales Organisation (ISO) Sales Transformation and Channel HQs’ strategic objectives. Working with multiple teams across worldwide business units, sales, and channel teams, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, defining and owning the BMS, organizing and motivating the project team, and identifying and delivering solutions. This position calls for an experienced professional who can challenge the status quo, lead change, drive commitments to keep timelines, and communicate effectively at all levels in the business. The ability to independently manage complex interactions and situations is essential. You will report to the ISO Sales Transformation & Enablement PMO director based in Scotland. Your Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Build and lead transformational projects for the International Sales and Channel HQ organization.
2. Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams within the international sales teams, Lenovo geographies, and business units.
3. Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Lead the project team, drive key initiatives, and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project result.
What You’ll Bring / Position Requirements:
5. 5+ years of experience in project management within large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations, with a strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
6. Demonstrable skills in transformation or strategic change with a high solution orientation, and excellent cross-group collaboration skills with proven ability to lead a virtual team across multiple countries; experience in an international working environment is preferred.
7. Fast learner who can solve complex problems and deliver results in challenging situations, with strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, including senior leadership.
8. Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through, capable of owning and completing tasks, and conflict resolution capability with the ability to respond in a politically astute manner.
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with professional fluency in English.
10. Background in sales is a strong plus.
