Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver bespoke learning programmes for each young individual in line with alternative curriculum guidelines
* Regularly review the development of each young person and the success of their programme
* Regularly liaise with the senior leadership team to ensure the highest quality of education is delivered to the young people
* Deliver fun and engaging tutoring to ensure the best possible outcome for the young people
* Act as a mentor to the young people
* Ensure young people are effectively safeguarded at all times
Skills & Experience
* Previous teaching experience and holder of a Level 6 qualification
* Must be flexible in your approach to learning
* Able to bring your own ideas to the role
* Passion for making a real difference to young people’s lives
* Background within education/SEN advantageous
* Must be able to drive
