The Legal Support Services team at Fieldfisher provides a wide range of support functions essential to the efficient operation of the firm's legal practices. This team typically handles document and administrative tasks, allowing lawyers and other professionals to focus on client work.
This apprenticeship would suit somebody who is eager to learn and thrives in a team environment. We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to listen actively.

As a Legal Support Services Apprentice, you will….
* Process expenses and invoices ensuring that the correct charge codes are used and follow up action taken where appropriate.
* Raise billing guides and assisting with the billing process.
* Electronic filing.
* Conduct research.
* Create firmwide marketing communications and event invitations.
* Upkeep and maintenance of the firms Interaction database including inputting business cards/data as appropriate.
* Create and amend documents.
* Troubleshoot problem documents.
* Document conversion – PDF to Word .
* Create tables, flowcharts and presentations to a high standard.
* Proofread all work to ensure accuracy, correct layout etc.

We operate a strength-based recruitment process which will allow you to be authentic and demonstrate your skillset. Our recruitment process is rigorous, yet fair and we recruit on a rolling basis, so we encourage an early application if possible.
We won't assess your A-level/BTEC grades, but we would expect candidates to have completed their GCSEs in English, IT and Maths. Mitigating circumstances will be taken into consideration and if you don't have the minimum grade requirements, we still encourage you to apply.
