Job Description
* Developing and maintaining an efficient forecasting model for customer service queries.
* Planning staffing requirements and developing optimal schedules.
* Continuously analysing performance & re-forecasting in real-time, adjusting staffing plans as needed to align with business objectives.
* Working closely with the Customer Service team to understand and predict demand.
* Identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets.
* Providing insightful reports to guide decision making within the department.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand and capacity.
* Supporting the implementation of strategic plans.
* Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Continuously improving forecast accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Planning and Forecasting Analyst should have:
* Experience in planning staffing requirements and translating them into the creation of optimal schedules and real-time management.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and forecasting tools.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
