Responsibilities:
* Take charge of daily operations, adhering to company policies and procedures when the General Manager is absent
* Set an example by providing exceptional customer service, addressing challenging customer situations professionally, and maintaining a positive attitude among staff
* Work across all site areas to maintain best practices, identify areas for improvement, and share knowledge with the team
* Carry out office administration tasks as directed by the General Manager, ensuring compliance with company standards
* Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on current marketing plans and drive footfall through engagement
* Assist in achieving financial targets, managing stock processes, and training and developing staff
