Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (SAP CRM)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our SAP CRM development team. You will work closely with SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, Scrum Masters, and the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CBTA automation, testing strategies, and a strong analytic mindset to enhance our SAP CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute SAP CBTA automation scripts for comprehensive testing.
* Create composite tests by stitching multiple test cases together.
* Utilise Test Data Containers and work with variable-driven test executions.
* Perform automated testing using SAP Solution Manager for test executions.
* Validate SAP CRM functionalities, including Provisioning Orders, Order Submissions, Fulfilment Status, and ODI steps.
* Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless system integration and process validation.

Tools & Technologies:
* SAP CBTA for automation.
Target System:
* Testing order provisioning and fulfilment workflows.
Your Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
* Experience in E2E integration testing or system testing in a complex IT environment.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
* Exposure to performance testing and security testing is a plus.
* Experience working with cross-border teams in an English-speaking environment.
Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with SAP system testing (SAP CRM, S/4HANA experience is a big plus).
* Proficiency in QA automation tools for front-end, back-end, and integration testing.
* Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, E2E testing, usability, accessibility, compatibility, localisation, and API testing.
* Ability to collaborate with development teams to detect, analyse, and resolve software issues.
* Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
* Solid experience in functional testing, QA metrics, planning, and test case design.
* Experience with SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) is a significant advantage.
* Ability to define and implement QA strategies within a project.
* Experience leading a team of QA engineers.
