Job Description
Due to planned growth, my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an individual to cover South East England and London. You will be responsible for the development of sales of Floorcoverings products to the Social Housing and New Build Housing sector within the defined geographical area.
You will be required to form a close working relationship with your key customers at all levels, this coupled with working closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Floorcoverings, KBB, or Ceramics sector and have a working knowledge of the leading Housing Associations, Housebuilders, Specifiers, and Contractors within the geographical area.
Key Points:
1. Identify, secure, and manage social and new build projects on the territory and deliver the budgeted sales required.
2. Work closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects via forecasting and ensuring stock is in place to meet required delivery targets.
3. Implement the company pricing strategy in housing and distribution.
4. Support distributor sales teams, internal and external, and ensure a program of product training and promotions are implemented.
5. Provide market intelligence concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
