Our client, a large distribution and wholesale company based in Rochdale, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This is an immediate start temporary role.
If you have experience in Sales Administration and Customer Service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders
Ordering stock from our group of suppliers
Scheduling orders
Responding to telephone and email queries
Booking pallet deliveries through transport websites
Providing additional support to the team with general office tasks
Requirements:
Prior experience in Sales Administration
Customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Accurate data entry capabilities
Punctual and reliable
If you are a proactive and confident Sales Administrator with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable dealing with customer emails and updating information in Excel, we want to hear from you.
