We are looking for professional Chef de Parties / Junior Sous to join our fantastic team to complement our fine dining experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic chef who has a real passion and flare for food and takes the upmost pride in the food that is served to our customers.
Working 37.5 hours per week which offers you the perfect work life balance. On top of your salary, we offer a share of the tips. The salary range for the role is from £25,000 up to £28,000, dependant on level of skills and experience.
As a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous, you will be:
Assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
Prepare and present fine dining dishes with precision and creativity.
Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients
