Education
1. Educational requirements: BSc degree or equivalent experience is required.

2. Proven experience in quality control management in the chemical / pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise tasks.
4. Must be able to write clear, understandable documentation.
5. Verbal communication skills, and functional leadership skills.
6. Strong command of Quality System Regulations and ISO.
7. Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
