Be an inbox and diary maestro As a Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for: Overseeing incoming emails, managing meeting requests, preparing correspondence, and keeping the schedules of our Alliances Director, Commercial Operations Director, Head of Corporate Sales North and South in perfect harmony Managing team meeting agendas, taking actions, following up on deadlines, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Planning and executing the annual Golf Day including venue finding, sponsorship, merchandise and logistics with creative flair, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our customers. Planning and executing the annual Alliances and Commercial Operations Kick Off including venue finding, team building activity, onsite support and managing the budget. Additionally supportingwith the Commercial Breakout at our Annual Company Kick Off. Supportingvendor conferences with meticulous travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and seamless stakeholder communication. Booking travel and accommodation in the UK and internationally, preparing detailed itineraries and adhering to our travel & expenses policy. We'd love you to have (3-5 bullets, keep to 16 words per sentence) Previous PA experience Stellar oral and written communication skills across all levels. Exceptional administrative skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ability to take initiative and handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
