Key Account Manager - Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Catering Equipment
Area: M62 Corridor
The Role of Key Account Manager
1. This is a field-based role covering the north (with the majority of the account base being located around the M62 corridor).
2. Representing a true market leader and manufacturer of high-quality/premium commercial kitchen equipment, you will be tasked with managing relationships with catering distributors and dealers (e.g., Nisbets, Bunzl, C&C, Vision Catering ScoMac) and catering project fit-out houses.
3. The role is approximately 70% account management vs. business development.
4. As Key Account Manager, you will deal with Owners, Project Managers, Equipment Buyers, Procurement, and Project Leads within the hospitality and contract catering sector.
5. You will work as part of a collaborative team that will support you from a customer service, after-sales, and customer delivery perspective.
6. You will have some involvement with National Accounts.
7. Create and submit quotations to clients, managing pricing strategy and annual re-negotiations.

The Person for the Key Account Manager
1. A background in sales within the foodservice or HORECA sector.
2. You must have sold into catering distributors/dealers or worked for a catering distribution business in a field sales capacity.

1. £45,000 basic - negotiable
2. £15K-17K bonus - 90% of the team achieve this.
