Role: Reliability Lead
Location: Hull
About the role:
1. Responsible for Vibration Analysis routes and data analysis.
2. Completion of root cause analysis to support failures on site.
3. Identifying and driving forward reliability-based improvements.
4. Work collaboratively with client to implement enhanced reliability - measured by downtime and MTBF.
5. Complete designated tasks efficiently and effectively to a high standard of workmanship.
6. Consider all implications when carrying out designated tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiencies.
7. Provide and implement ideas (where appropriate) to improve manufacturing, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
8. Work safely, with regard for your duty of care to yourself and to others who may be affected by your work. Always adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure the smooth execution of both day-to-day reliability tasks and support shutdown work activity where applicable.
10. Identify through knowledge and analysis areas that will contribute to improved plant efficiency.
11. Communicate and support activities associated with change.
Hours of work:
Working Hours - 07:30am to 4:30pm - Mon- Fri
Lunch Break - 1 Hour
Total Working Hours - 40 hours
About You:
1. CAT 1 trained, Proficiency in CBM monitoring tools, Understanding of manufacturing industry (food preferably).
2. Managing safely and Intermediate food hygiene.
3. Practical engineering experience including legislation.
4. Up to City & Guilds part 3 in relevant discipline.
5. NVQ L2/3 or equivalent in relevant discipline.
6. Broad knowledge of modern maintenance techniques.
7. Wide-ranging knowledge of engineering practical fundamentals.
