Elevations HR Division are delighted to be working with a market-leading manufacturing business based in Selby as they look to recruit a HR Employee Relations Specialist / ER Case Manager into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities as Employee Relations Specialist:
* Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues across the Group businesses
* Support the Group Head of HR and Operations Director in all employee relations matters
* Advise managers on handling performance issues and disciplinary actions
* Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
* Provide advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employment laws
* Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices
* Conduct training sessions on employee relations procedures, workplace ethics, policies, and regulations

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards this. You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast paced commercial environment.
