Are you an experienced Conflicts Analyst looking to continue your career within one of the leading global law firms?

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Reviewing new business intake requests and collating results for conflicts checks with resolutions and clearance on all issues.
* Researching new client matters, coding of engagement letters to establish guidelines, and documenting all actions on the conflicts database.
* Working closely with the Ethics Committee, firm attorneys, and all levels of firm administration, ensuring all levels of administration are in line with the firm policy guidelines.
* Assisting the Conflicts Supervisor with training Conflicts Analyst Assistants and new Analysts.
* Preparing and implementing screens/firewalls when required in all firm matters.
The Ideal Conflicts Analyst Would:
* Have proven experience of Conflicts Analysis and Researching within a law firm.
* Be detail-oriented, flexible in regard to scheduling to accommodate work demands, and have the ability to multi-task.
* Have excellent Microsoft package experience, including Word, Office, and Excel.
* Be a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally.
* Have experience in a legal office environment.
